I can’t even put into words how thankful I am for Nora and her hard work. I called a couple hours before closing with an idea in mind and she quickly went to work with finding the perfect flowers and meanings for what I wanted. She even added a gift to make it extra special. Truly a magical place for special gifts for any occasion. Heartfelt customer service, which is rare to find!!

My grandmother was on vacation in Vermont and fell down the stairs and broke her hip. I tried several florists to get a bouquet sent to her in the hospital, but not knowing the area, wasn’t sure of where to start. Another florist recommended the Flower Basket to me because they didn’t deliver to the hospital she was in. The customer service was exceptional, she sound like an old friend. She was sympathetic to my needs and explained exactly what she could do to help. Not only were the flowers delivered the same day, but she sent an email with a image attached immediately after they were delivered. Pleased is an understatement, I’m thrilled with the entire experience. Great job, thank you!

The Flower Basket was a pleasure to work with. Having to send flowers without being able to physically go to the shop can sometimes be difficult. However, Nora made the experience fantastic. She took the time to let me explain what I was looking for, she then took her creative license and put together a beautiful arrangement!

I was scammed by a web service so was very upset and worried about last minute need. The Flower basket called the funeral home , ensured they could deliver it and then called me back . In one day they delivered a gorgeous wreath, that honors the memory of our family member.

I called to order some flowers for pick up and they were out of what I wanted; but the lady had a suggestion that sounded fine and I took her up on it. Picked up the flowers and they were wonderful. When I gave them to my wife she was over the moon. But then again ... this is a repeat of super service. Earlier in the year I stopped to get some flowers and a different rose was suggested. A rose isn't a rose, isn't a rose. The suggested rose was very special. The Flower Basket has always exceeded expectations.

I ordered my bridal bouquet and boutonnière from The Flower Basket and they were both so perfect! I had reached out to other florists in the area to try to order just those two items for my elopement, and they all either had crazy minimums or insane prices. Nora from The Flower Basket worked with me to create the perfect bouquet at a reasonable price. I sent her 3 pictures of bouquets I liked and asked her to combine them and she did a fantastic job of bringing my vision to life. The flowers ordered for my grandmothers graveside service were absolutely stunning. The wreath was full and the colors were perfect. The ribbon was stunning and I was so happy that is was printed and not hand-written. Nora was extremely pleasant and responded promptly to my email. Nora was willing to go out of her way to deliver to an address outside of the shop's designated delivery area, and made it happen. NE Kingdom is a tough area to serve!

We were notified of a delivery for us on a day after a heavy snowfall. We agreed to pick up the delivery due to our relatively remote location. The staff of the florist shop was very appreciative and were warm and welcoming in the store. The flowers in the shop and the arrangement we picked up were beautiful, and have lasted longer than anticipated.
