My grandmother was on vacation in Vermont and fell down the stairs and broke her hip. I tried several florists to get a bouquet sent to her in the hospital, but not knowing the area, wasn’t sure of where to start. I called to order some flowers for pick up and they were out of what I wanted; but the lady had a suggestion that sounded fine and I took her up on it. Picked up the flowers and they were wonderful. When I gave them to my wife she was over the moon. But then again ... this is a repeat of super service. Earlier in the year I stopped to get some flowers and a different rose was suggested.
